When you submit one of our application forms or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, South African ID number, contact details, income and loan requirements, and - for ITC Clearance applications - information about your debt and credit status. Our website may also record standard technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.

Why We Collect It

Your information is used solely to assess your enquiry, connect you with an appropriate NCR-registered credit provider or clearance consultant, and communicate with you about your application. Where you apply for ITC Clearance, your consent allows the retrieval of your credit reports from registered credit bureaus as part of the service.

Who Receives It

Application details are delivered to our team at info@quickadvance.co.za and are shared only with the registered credit providers or consultants needed to process your specific request. We do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated marketing.

How Long We Keep It

We retain application information only as long as necessary to process your enquiry and meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your Rights Under POPIA

You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no legal obligation to retain it. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@quickadvance.co.za. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
